Cobalt Blue to Lime Ring Layer

Two bands of cobalt blue hold tight at the center, the inner edge sharp against a small dark void. The blue softens outward, bleeding into bright lime that fills the outer half. The lime holds even and strong before dropping off cleanly at the edges.
